General Questions

What types of businesses do you work with?

We work with businesses of all sizes across many industries, including retail, restaurants, gas stations, convenience stores, beauty and personal care, smoke shops, healthcare, professional services, e-commerce, and high-risk businesses. If you are not sure whether we can help your specific business, contact us and we will let you know.

We have been serving merchants for over 25 years. We started in the Houston, Texas area and have grown to serve businesses across the United States and internationally.
No. We serve merchants throughout the United States and can also support international account needs. Our headquarters is in Stafford, Texas, but our services are not limited to that area.
There is no strict minimum to open a merchant account with us. However, our statement analysis service is designed for businesses processing $10,000 or more per month in card transactions. If you are below that volume, we can still find an affordable solution for you.

Processing and Payments

What payment methods can I accept?
We support credit cards, debit cards, contactless payments, mobile wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, EBT, fleet cards, e-checks, and ACH payments depending on your account setup and industry.
Yes. Most major credit and debit cards issued outside the United States are accepted through our standard merchant accounts. Transactions are processed in US dollars, but your customers can use their international cards without any issue.
A Cash Discount program is a pricing structure where card-paying customers see a posted price and cash customers receive a discount from that price. This is different from surcharging. Cash Discounting is legal in all 50 states. We include proper signage and compliant receipt language when we set it up.
A Surcharge is a fee added to credit card transactions only. It is permitted in most US states but prohibited in a few. We verify whether surcharging is allowed in your state before recommending this option. Debit card transactions cannot be Surcharged under card brand rules.
Standard funding is typically within one to two business days. Same-day funding is available for qualifying merchants. We will confirm your funding schedule during account setup.
Yes. If your business charges customers on a regular schedule, such as membership fees, subscriptions, or retainer arrangements, we can set up automated recurring billing for you.

ATM Services

What ATM services do you offer?

We offer ATM sales, processing, installation, placement, cash replenishment, and full ongoing management. Whether you want to purchase your own ATM or have one placed at your location through our placement program, we handle the details.

Both options are available. We can sell you an ATM and handle the installation and processing, or we can place an ATM at your location at no cost to you through our placement program. Revenue sharing arrangements are available depending on your location and transaction volume.

Convenience stores, gas stations, bars and nightclubs, smoke shops, laundromats, hotels, and other cash-heavy retail environments see the most benefit from ATM placement. However, any business with regular foot traffic can potentially qualify.

Security and Compliance

Are you PCI compliant?
Yes. All of our processing solutions are PCI DSS compliant. We also assist merchants with their own PCI compliance requirements, including self-assessment questionnaires and remediation steps if needed.
EMV refers to the chip card standard used to reduce in-person fraud. All of our point-of-sale terminals support EMV chip cards. We do not place outdated equipment that leaves you exposed to chargeback liability for counterfeit card fraud.
If a breach occurs, your liability depends on whether you were PCI compliant at the time. We guide our merchants through maintaining compliance to minimize exposure. We also recommend data breach insurance as an additional layer of protection.
A chargeback is when a customer disputes a transaction with their bank and the funds are temporarily reversed from your account. We provide reporting tools and guidance to help you respond to disputes properly and reduce your overall chargeback rate.

Getting Started

How do I apply?
You can apply directly through our website or call us to speak with a team member. The application asks for basic business information and some financial history. Approval timelines vary by business type but are typically fast.
Once we receive all the required documents, our team reviews them. The account approval process typically takes 2–48 hours, and in many cases, accounts can be approved the same day
No. You do not need to sign a long term contract. You can use the service without a fixed commitment. We explain all terms clearly before you start and answer any questions before your account goes live.
No problem at all Contact us and share your current statement. We will review it, compare our rates, and let you know what the savings potential looks like. If it makes sense to switch, we handle the transition and can often time it so there is no gap in your processing ability.
