How We Configure Your Account
Not every merchant account is the same. The way your account is set up determines which card types you can accept, what interchange rates your transactions qualify for, how quickly you get funded, and what your monthly costs look like. We configure accounts based on your specific business type, transaction volume, and the industries you serve.
Merchant Category Code (MCC)
Every merchant account is assigned an MCC code that identifies the type of business you run. This affects your interchange rates and which card network rules apply to your account. Using the wrong code leads to unnecessary cost and can create compliance issues. We assign the correct MCC from the start.
Processing Volume and Transaction Limits
Your account is set up with processing limits appropriate to your expected volume and average ticket size. For businesses with larger transactions or higher monthly volumes, we configure accounts with the right reserves and limits so you are not interrupted mid-operation by account flags.
Funding Schedule
Standard funding is one to two business days from transaction date. Same-day funding is available for qualifying merchants. We confirm your funding schedule during account setup so you know exactly when to expect your money.
Pricing Structure
We review your transaction profile and recommend the pricing model that works best for your business, whether that is Interchange Plus, Flat Rate, Cash Discount, or Surcharge. All fees are explained before you sign anything.

What Is Included with Your Account
In-Store Terminal or POS Integration
We provide EMV-ready terminals or integrate with your existing POS system. All equipment is configured for your account before delivery. Clover-based solutions are available for businesses that want an all-in-one register, inventory management, and payment platform in a single device.
Pay-At-The-Pump
For fuel retailers, your merchant account can be configured for pay-at-the-pump processing with the correct petroleum MCC and EMV-compliant outdoor card reader support.
Online and Mobile
Gateway access for e-commerce and virtual terminal access for phone billing can be added to any merchant account. Mobile card reader processing is available for businesses that take payments away from a fixed location.
Reporting and Analytics
Every merchant account includes access to our online reporting portal, where you can view transactions, download statements, track chargebacks, and monitor your processing activity from any device at any time.
How to Apply
The application asks for your business name, legal structure, EIN, ownership information, and basic financial details. Standard business types are typically approved in a few business days. High-risk or specialty industries may take longer. Once approved, we configure your account and get you processing as quickly as possible.
