He recommended that we should go with a refurbished unit, which would come with a warranty and also add a pin pad to take debit cards so that our fees would go down since we have such a high volume of credit cards. We have implemented this in our office and have seen our fees go down. Our patients are loving the fact that we can process the payments right at our dispensing table.
