Recurring Payments

Transnet Enterprises, Inc.

Automate Your Billing with Scheduled Recurring Payments

If your business charges customers on a regular schedule, whether monthly, quarterly, annually, or on any custom interval, recurring billing removes the manual work from the collection process. You store the payment details once, set the schedule and the amount, and the system handles every charge that follows. This works for memberships, subscriptions, retainers, installment plans, and any business where a customer has agreed to be billed automatically at regular intervals

How Recurring Billing Works

When a customer agrees to recurring billing, you store their card number or bank account details securely through our PCI-compliant tokenization system. The actual card data is never stored on your server or in plain text anywhere in your system. A secure token represents the card for all future charges.

You define the billing schedule and the amount. The system charges the stored payment method automatically on the date you specify. If you need to update the amount, pause billing, change the card on file, or cancel the arrangement, you make those changes through your account portal and they take effect immediately.

Which Businesses Use Recurring Billing

What Our Recurring Payment System Includes

Flexible scheduling

Set billing on any schedule that suits your business: weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, or a custom interval. You can also set a start date, define a trial period before the first charge, and specify an end date or number of billing cycles.

One-time and overage charges

In addition to recurring billing, you can charge the same card for one-off amounts, such as an initiation fee, a late payment, or a usage overage, without requiring the customer to re-enter their payment details.

Upfront fee collection

If your billing model involves a setup or deposit charge at the start, followed by recurring payments, both can be configured on the same account and managed through the same portal.

Failed payment handling

When a recurring charge fails, you are notified promptly. Our system can be configured to retry the payment automatically after a defined period. You also have the option to reach out to the customer to update their payment details, which is easy to do without starting a new billing agreement from scratch.

24/7 reporting access

You can see the status of every past, current, and upcoming recurring payment from your account portal at any time. Upcoming charges are visible before they process, so you always know what is scheduled.

Security

All stored payment data is protected by end-to-end encryption and PCI-compliant tokenization. Card data is never stored in a form that can be accessed or stolen directly.
